From Grimsby Town

Start by heading south on the A16 Road from Grimsby town centre. Drive for approximately 3 miles until you reach the roundabout where the A16 intersects with the A1098. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the A1098, signposted for Cleethorpes and Humberston.

Afterward, take the first right onto Peaks Lane and continue along this road. At the roundabout, take the first exit marked Humberston B1219. Continue along Humberston Avenue then take left-hand turn onto Blackthorn Avenue. Take the left turn onto Blackthorn Avenue and follow the road until you reach Humberston House Care Home.

From Lincoln

Begin on A46 from Nettleham Road (B1182) in Lincoln, heading northeast following signs to Dunholme. Continue for 12 miles, passing through Dunholme, then further northeast. Stay on A46, passing Middle Rasen and heading towards Grimsby for about 30 miles. Remain on A46, over the roundabouts. Follow Cleethorpes A46 signs, then turn right onto Peaks Parkway (A16) at a major junction with traffic lights.

Stay on Peaks Parkway (A16) to a roundabout. Take first exit onto A1098 for Cleethorpes and Humberston. Then first right onto Peaks Lane. At the roundabout, take first exit labelled Humberston B1219. Follow Humberston Avenue, turn right onto Blackthorn Avenue. Continue to Humberston House Care Home.
